It is made from high-density foam. It is compatible with vortex-Genie Pulse, Vortex-Genie 2, Vortex-Genie 2T, Digital Vortex-Genie 2, ABI Digital Vortex-Genie 2.
For its intended use, the Ohaus model is the better choice, offering holds 12 tubes (9–16 mm diameter) and for use with recessed platform (sold separately). The IKA model offers test tube insert as an alternative, while the Ohaus model's holds 12 tubes (9–16 mm diameter) and for use with recessed platform (sold separately) help make it a strong fit for its intended use.
