The Macherey-Nagel CHROMABOND NH₂ Columns are designed for efficient solid phase extraction (SPE) applications. Each column contains 100 mg of aminopropyl-modified silica sorbent, offering a polar, weak anion exchange phase ideal for the extraction of trace elements and lipids.
Constructed from durable polypropylene (PP) and equipped with polyethene (PE) filter elements, these 1 mL columns ensure reliable performance and chemical resistance. The sorbent features a particle size of 45 µm, a pore size of 60 Å, and a specific surface area of 500 m²/g, with a carbon content of 3.5% and pH stability ranging from 2 to 8.
