The Bohlender b.safe Waste Cap B53 with Funnel is engineered for safe and efficient solvent waste management in the laboratory. It features a freely movable PTFE insert for secure sealing and reliable connection of capillaries and hoses. The cap offers two UNF1/4" fittings suitable for capillaries with outer diameters of 1.6, 2.2, and 3.2 mm, one GL14 thread for attaching an optional b.safe exhaust air filter (filter not included), and one NPT1/8" hose connection compatible with tubing having inner diameters of 5.5 to 8 mm. The polypropylene filling funnel includes an integrated automatic stopcock with grip control; the stopcock opens by turning or pushing the grip and closes automatically when the grip is released, ensuring convenient, controlled, and spill-free liquid transfer.
